We offer reasonable pricing health care plans and counselling support based on financial conditions of clients.
01. How do I get health care when I need it?
You can visit YouCare Services during office hours. Appointments are appreciated, but walk-ins are welcome as well. If possible, please make a call ahead before visiting. This will allow us to arrange services and reduce your waiting time. Hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. You can alternatively book a consulation visit by a YouCare expert.
02. Are the caregivers verified and trained?
All caregivers deployed by the YouCare portal are documented and verified through multiple stages. However, for your satisfaction we provide their documents with the family upon request to be verified by the local SHO of your sector of residence. Every caregiver undergoes a minimum duration training program and undergoes multiple rounds of field training before being deployed full-time to work at your residence.
03. Do you provide replacements or alternatives incase of emergencies or if we do not like the caregiver?
Our inhouse technology platform selects the most appropriate caregiver for you on the basis of your location, requirement and nature of job. We also understand your requirement in depth to verify the correct match for your loved ones. We do provide relievers or replacements in case of emergency or any other valid reason.
04. Am I supposed to pay for travel or meals of the caregiver?
No.All packages are inclusive of conveyance and meal charges. However, for live-on assistants, boarding and lodging costs are to be borne by the customer. In case of remote areas though where accessibility is a concern, travel charges might be billed extra to the client.
